At The Screwdriver, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, discolored, or tampered with, or if there's a size issue, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Returns are accepted in cases of:
  • Damage during delivery
  • Discoloration or printing defects
  • Tampering with the product
- Size-related exchanges are also accepted
- The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery


How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Log in to your account and go to the Orders section
- Select the item and reason (e.g. damage or size issue)
- Upload supporting photos if applicable
- Once verified, we’ll approve the request and arrange pickup (wherever applicable)
Refunds
- Refunds for damaged, discolored, or tampered items will be issued as Store Credit only
- Store Credit will:
  • Appear in your profile
  • Have lifetime validity
  • Be redeemable on any future purchase


Important Notes
- For size exchanges, products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging
- Exchanges are subject to availability of size
- We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons like change of mind or personal preferences
